Northwoods Adventure is committed to providing a safe, high quality outdoor program that
emphasises learning through participation.  The acronym
LETSC (let's see), is used to motivate
and inspire campers to achieve success.

Leadership, Effort, Teamwork, Stepping Up, and Courage

Each year
, returning campers are given higher levels of responsibility within the camp
structure.  As confidence builds, and leadership and communication skills improve,
campers are promoted to positions such as:

Team Leaders, Crew Leaders, Cabin Leaders, and Junior Counselors

A positive 3:1
camper to counselor ratio provides plenty of support for all campers.  In
addition, limiting camp sessions to 40 campers enables campers to build and strengthen
friendships with all campers through a full schedule of daily activities, team challenges, and
games.

the camp and the full schedule of daily activities and team assignments.
